Putting Things in Order

This program is a reprise of a presentation on how to put one’s affairs in order and communicate those wishes with family members, physicians, lawyers, and philanthropic organizations. The legal, financial, and medical aspects of preparation such as power of attorney aspects of elder law, advanced directives, end-of-care options, and others will be addressed. Guests are invited.
