Legacy Series

Putting Things in Order

Back by popular demand,  the trustees and deacons are offering a program for 2019 in three parts, The Legacy Series.  Our first program, “Putting Things in Order”, is March 31, 12:00-2:00 in the Parish Hall after church,  lunch will be provided.  This program is a reprise of an earlier program regarding important steps in putting one’s affairs in order and communicating those wishes with family and physicians.  Please join us for this important conversation.  We will be looking at legal, financial and medical basics of preparation such as power of attorney,  aspects of elder law, advance directives, end of life care options, and so on.  Any adult can benefit from learning this important information along with the opportunity to ask questions and dialogue with other church members.

  1. I’m really looking forward to this, both as a caregiver and one who will be a care-receiver in a few years! What I learn here will be a gift to my family, and to me!
